Build useful AI systems. Understand how they work.
A.I. Forge MMXXVI tests practical AI workflows in public, then helps creators, educators and growing teams learn, build or implement the systems that fit the way they actually work.

Kaia's Learning Lab was our first public campaign: a 30-episode AI education production run, followed by new Shorts that document how the system evolved.
Each asset moved through a documented workflow: planned in Notion, rendered with branded AI presenters, quality-checked, archived and prepared for YouTube Shorts, Instagram Reels, Facebook Reels and TikTok.
The campaign also exposed the parts that still need human review. That evidence now shapes how we teach, guide and implement systems for others.
Find where AI can improve your business.
Answer a short adaptive audit and get a personalised report showing your highest-priority workflow issues, improvement opportunities and what to address first.
No sign-up required. The audit is designed to help you identify useful improvements before you decide whether to learn, build together or have AI Forge implement the solution.
Choose the level of help you need
We begin with your goal and current process. The review tells us whether you need clarity, guided building or complete implementation—before either side commits to the wrong solution.
Understand the tools, make confident choices and learn how to operate the workflow yourself. Sessions are scoped after the review.
BEST FOR · NEW STARTERS & TEAMSWe design and build alongside you, explain the important decisions and leave you with a system you can continue to operate.
BEST FOR · CREATORS & OPERATORSFor teams that need a proven content or automation system configured, tested, documented and handed over with clear operating guidance.
BEST FOR · BUSINESSES & AGENCIESStart with the problem, not a package
Tell us what you are trying to improve. We will use that context to recommend the smallest useful next step—not force every project into the same offer.
What happens next
Your request starts a conversation. It is not a purchase or a commitment.
- We review your goal, current process and constraints.
- We identify whether training, a guided build or implementation fits best.
- Only then do we confirm scope, timing and price.
Built from working systems
A.I. Forge MMXXVI is a practical AI systems studio and public build lab. We test content workflows, apps and useful technology on our own projects before turning them into services, training or products.
Kaia's Learning Lab remains its own protected learning brand inside AIForge. It was the first campaign and the first proof that a documented workflow could support a complete series.
Our goal is not to sell more tools. It is to help people understand what they need, build something useful and keep control of the system after delivery.
Test it. Explain it. Build it so the person using it stays in control.
Building something complementary?
We are open to focused conversations with creators, educators, developers, agencies and technical or distribution partners when the collaboration has a clear shared outcome.
Before you contact us
Do you only build video pipelines?
No. Video and publishing workflows are the first proven use case. We also explore practical AI systems, apps and connected technology in public, but we only offer work we can scope and support responsibly.
How is pricing decided?
Pricing follows the problem and the level of support. Training may be scoped by session or package; guided builds and implementation are quoted after the workflow review. You see the scope and price before deciding.
Will I understand the system after it is built?
That is the goal. Every delivery should include the operating guidance and documentation appropriate to the project. If you prefer to learn while building, choose the done-with-you path.
